Generality
:

The self catering cottage is located in a small, quet street near
the town centre, at the foot of a hill. Il is an old miner's house
which has been completely refurbished. With 85 square metres,
it can accomodate four people and even six people, considering
that there is a "clic-clac", i-e a sofa bed (with reclining
back) in the lounge, an that a cot and a highchair are available
on request.

In front of the house, there is a small yard with a set fo
garden furniture and a barbecue set. |

On the side, there is a shed that can be used as a roofed terrace.

At the back, there is a lawn with games for children-to be
shared with the owners'children. |

ground-floor :

Inside, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a large oven,
a dish-washer, a microwave oven, a hotplate with 3 gas and
1 electrical burners, a regrigeratoir, a freezer, a coffee-maker
and a food-processor.. |

In the bathroom, there are a shower, a bath-tub, a bidet,
a sink, a toilet and a washing-machine. |

first floor:

there is a double room with a 140x190 cm bed, a blanket and
a duvet. |

Next to the bedroom, there is a small, quiet area with a fireplace. |

then, there is the lounge which includes a sofa-bed, a colour
TV and a V.C.R. |

Then, there is also a mezzanine floor with two single beds
(size : 190x90cm) duvets and blankets provided. and a bathroom
with a sink, a toilet and a shower. |
